VERVE and YOU is an independent digital magazine born from real places and lived experiences, shaped by the perspective I have developed through decades of work in international events and hospitality.
 
I believe there are things you can only understand by being there.
Each story begins with experience — with places I have explorer, hotels I have entered, tables I have sat around, people I have met, and creative work I have observed closely.
 
From the vineyards of Puglia to the rooftops of Paris; from Mexico and London to Dubai, Berlin and Las Vegas; from the understated power and diplomatic elegance of Washington, D.C. to places still waiting to be discovered — each destination reveals something different about how people welcome, gather, design and celebrate.
 
VERVE and YOU was created to document those discoveries.
I write about what I have seen and experienced. I look beyond appearance to understand the people, ideas, cultures and disciplines behind what we encounter. That may lead to a remarkable hotel or destination; an artist, chef, designer or musician; an exhibition, a table, a tradition, or a detail easily overlooked.
 
I do not believe everything needs to be reviewed, ranked or reduced to a recommendation. Some experiences deserve something different: observation, interpretation and context.
